CARBON ABSORBTION SYSTEM
Carbon based Air Pollution Control System
The characteristic of carbon based filter system; the contaminated air is passes through the Carbon filter by the help of exhaust / extract blowers. The stages of filter units removes mist, pollutants (such as H2S, Mercaptans and other VOC’s) and the clean air is discharged through a stack at the top of the filter. The removal efficiency in this type of systems is up to 99.9% and the carbon can be regenerated up to 10 times depending on the use. we supply the system capacity starting 10 m3/hr 10,000 m3/hr.
BIO TRICKLING FILTER
Bio Trickling Odor Removal Systems
Working principle of bio trickling odor control system is that the contaminated air enters the tower at the bottom of the vessel and the air passes through the packing bed. The filter is being irrigated with water from the top through the spray nozzle. The available microorganisms on the packing surfaces are consuming the absorbed gases as food and finally the air is free of odor. To maintain the BIOMASS, the bio trickling unit is filled with packing media (multilayered woven synthetic material) which maintains highest concentration of biomass to achieve maximum removal efficiency.

CHEMICAL SCRUBBER
Chemical Scrubbing Odor Control Systems
The chemical scrubbing system are used to remove the chemical contaminated air (such as Organic and organic gases SO2, NO, NO2, HCl, Cl2, HBr, Br2, etc). Where multiple pollutants are present in a gas stream, The polluted air is ventilated to the multi-pass filter units. At first Stage, packing media are filled for an intimate contact with the scrubbing solution. Absorption processes of the polluted gases are first it dissolved into the liquid phase and then react with the chemical agents and the removal efficiency with chemical scrubber are up to 99.99%.
